ABOUT OUR HOME
New, 3 bed home, on an upscale street with midcentury modern coastal décor.

This lovely new home is decorated with midcentury modern antiques in soothing aqua, mist and sand tones. It’s the perfect place to unwind in charming Venice Florida. The mattresses are divine and an exquisite place to lay your head after a long day of sightseeing. The king mattress is adjustable and reclines into a zero gravity setting.

Strategically located within 5 miles of everything; Venice Avenue's historic boutique shopping & dining district, groceries and of course, beautiful beaches, this home is the perfect jumping off platform for your Florida vacation!

While in Venice, visit the local farmers market, have lunch at an outdoor café and come home for cocktails at sunset on the lanai. Tomorrow, try beachcombing, then, shop the boutique shops on Historic Venice Avenue or visit a museum!

Those renting in this neighborhood can purchase a monthly pass for access to the private, 5-minute ferry that delivers you across the Intracoastal Waterway (the ICW) to a pristine private beach. (No fighting for parking or your own stretch of sand here!)

Two of the prettiest beaches in the area, are within 5 miles: Caspersen Beach - where you can collect prehistoric shark teeth that wash upon the shore! - or Manasota Key Beach - a wide beach with dunes, trails and picnic areas.

Hiking trails, and a coastal biking trail are located in the neighborhood, and a fenced yard is available for small dogs.

There's room to park a trailered boat adjacent to the driveway if you have one! Use a free municipal boat ramp, or pay the low yearly fee to use the convenient South Venice Beach Ferry ramp. Please use due diligence and research local boating requirements.

Open concept living room with leather couches and a smart tv and high speed internet. Kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and extra deep stainless sink and everything you would need to cook a gourmet feast. Fabulously comfortable mattresses and black-out curtains for a great night’s sleep. Master bed has a mattress that reclines into Zero Gravity setting with a remote. Ceiling fans throughout. Glass shower doors, Master has a walk-in shower with a rain shower AND a wand showerhead. Master bath has a barn door. Both guests rooms have desks, the 3rd bedroom has a murphy bed that acts as a flex-space-office away from home when the bed is folded away. Front loader washer and dryer.
