Come relax at the lake! This gated community lake home is located on the 10,000 acre Tim’s Ford Lake in Winchester, Tn. There are three community pools, a marina, boat ramp, and free boat storage! There is also a golf cart that comes with the home! This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a vacation. The lake is perfect for either boating or fishing! The marina has boat rentals as well. Bear Trace at Tims Ford Golf Course is 10 min down the road as well! Enjoy!

Quick Family Getaway

This house was just perfect for our stay! Homeowner was great with communication and so helpful! The house was clean, stocked, and in a great location. Use of the golf cart was a fabulous plus! We rode to the marina and the amenities around the lake were accessible as well. Will definitely keep this house on our list to come back in the summer for lake activities! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful home for a Sewanee weekend

We loved our stay at this property, it is our second year renting here. It is worth the drive down the mountain to have such an amazing property to call 'home' at the end of the day. We love the huge kitchen for home cooked meals, the outdoor space for watching football games, and the super clean property! Easy communication with the owner makes renting here a pleasure!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lake house. The house was well stocked and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the closed in porch. The location was amazing and it was great to have the golf card to get to the dock and restaurant. There was a slight odor in the house but it didn't impact our weekend.

This community has everything you need. It is truly a lake resort community. There are 3 pools, marina, and a couple of fishing ponds. Our kids love this place. It is our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Our home is truly kid friendly! Having 3 kids under 6 ourselves, we have provided everything needed for those little ones. There is a high chair, pack & play, bassinet, and lots of other toys for them to play with.
