Clean and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh and new the inside of the house was. Very clean! A few suggestions about the online listing: if you expect renters to supply their own soap, kitchen soap and sponge, coffee filters you should add that to the listing. Also, having screens on the windows would provide an alternative to the AC. Otherwise this was a wonderful place to stay. Thanks so much.
