The kitchen has beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and more. It opens to a spacious living room. Relax on our queen-sized sleeper sofa as you watch a movie or read a book. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The bathroom, also recently updated, has a tile shower. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit for you.

Perfect Location

I stayed here to attend my 25th college reunion. The location was perfect. I was only 7 min away from all the events. There are several eateries in walking distance if your looking to step out but, not go to far. The space was clean and cozy. Pictures were spot on. Communication with the host during our stay was excellent… If I had to find something, I’d say … The upstairs tenant does a lot of walking… but even that’s not a deal breaker. We’ll be booking this spot again next year

Clean and comfortable

We loved the easy check in and check out process and the dedicated parking lot. It was nice having extra paper products and shower products available. The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well. The only drawback was the train whistle near by. It stopped for part of the night but started up again around 5am.

Perfect stay

Blake’s property is exactly as described. The property was spotless. The location was perfect for trips back and forth to Duke cancer center, with only a 10-minute drive. Blake was an excellent host, he contacted us prior to check in to see if we needed anything special, and he also checked on us the day after check in to make sure everything was up to our standards and see if we needed anything. 10/10 would recommend this rental for your next trip to Durham!
