Thomas Pilcher Park is also located at the 331 bridge for fishing & boat launch. Bring your boat or wave runners. This home has lots of available room for parking. 20 minute drive to Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park Beach Access with parking/restrooms. Other public beach access available along 30A. Relax on the front or back covered porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Large brick fire pit available for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing by the fireside. Charcoal grill on property for outdoor cooking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a quiet get away this is the perfect place. Groceries near by and about a 15 min. Drive to the beach, shopping, State Parks.
