Located less than 5 minutes from Broadway, our new, stylish 4 bedroom/2 bath space with high ceilings for an open, comfortable feel for up to 12 guests. This location has access to everything (2 blocks to 5 point in East Nashville), 5 min drive to Broadway, and is a great space to relax & stay for a unique Nashville experience!

**Our luxury apartment is in the hip East Nashville area less than 1.5 miles from Broadway. Downtown's vibrant nightlife scene is only a 5-minute drive away. Also, we are just 2 blocks from the from sought-after eateries and music venues in the popular Five Points neighborhood

This is a 100% private space. The only shared space is the laundry room.

*A limited supply of toilet paper & paper towel is provided. Any additional will be at the responsibility of the guest!

1. Please note there is a $250 pet fee. Only dogs and cats allowed. Max allowed are two pets. If droppings from pets outside are not cleaned up, additional $100 fine will be apply.

2. There is a camera located in front of house which is on 24/7 for your protection

3. Please note this is a condo building and you will have close neighbors. Quiet hours are after 10PM.

4. No smoking or parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are good). If the smell of smoke is detected, it will be a $2000 fine.

5. If you bring more guests the are reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.

6. It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance. Cancellations will not be granted due to illness, weather conditions, or any related matters outside of our control. Please read cancellation policy before booking.

7. After 48 hour, we no longer accept any alterations to your reservation

8. Our building provides a parking lot for guests to park, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
