• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and the late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) or choose to pay a non-refundable $70 damage waiver fee instead. This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.

Great House!

We had a group of 12 staying for a spring break trip to visit local sites. The house was clean, well appointed with all necessities, and the check-in process was smooth. Only regret is the weather was poor so didn’t have the opportunity to make use of the outside grounds. Plenty of space for four families with teenagers. Definitely would recommend!

This home is so cozy and unique. The isolation really provides great peaceful vibes. Ricky was so communicative and helpful throughout the weekend. Definitely coming again!

This is a beautiful property. Well worth the price. Full kitchen and bedrooms, as advertised. But, they advertise it as a 3 bath. It is a 2 and 1/2 bath. And, they use the basement as storage for extra beds, even though you cannot get into the 2 car garage, which I assume is used for storage.
