About this property

Enjoy stunning ocean and pool views from the main balcony and master bedroom. Our oceanfront condo is steps away from all of the on site amenities. This includes the dock for fishing, several brand new Tiki huts to lounge under, and one of the largest elevated swimming pools that overlooks the Atlantic. Townhome is fully furnished will all brand new amenities. Living room has a couch with a sofa bed. Master bedroom has two queen beds with wide open ocean views from the private balcony!

Peaceful neighborhood. Amazing elevated pool that over looks the Atlantic with an oceanfront clubhouse where all the guest gather at to share their fishing stories!

We offer free bikes but a vehicle is recommended to explore everything Marathon has to offer. Also cabs are not that expensive.

Amazing View & Community

The unit we rented had amazing views and is just steps away from the swimming pool, ocean, fishing dock, and activity center. We met several of the owners who live in the village, and they could not have been more welcoming. They invited us to their community dance and to the super bowl party they held at the activity center. We would highly recommend staying in the village.
