OCEAN BLOCK and OCEAN VIEW RENOVATED 1 bedroom condo on 66th St.! This prime midtown location with an outdoor pool is just steps from the beach and Atlantic ocean! New renovations just completed May 2023! Upgrades include a new kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, new appliances and a subway tile backsplash! There is also a peninsula with two bar stools. The bedroom has 2 double beds and there is also a full sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy the private balcony which has a side ocean view and a great view of the Atlantic Ocean! Condo also offers cable TV with 2 Smart Tvs (Smart TVs to be used with your login credentials), high speed wifi/internet, central A/C, a and washer/dryer. This condo is located on the fourth floor and the building has an elevator. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. This condo overlooks the new Holiday Inn Pool Bar and is close to many great restaurants, bars, etc. Seaside 66 is the perfect condo for your Ocean City vacation!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
