Large, modern, private home w heated pool near Mineral Springs

Unwind and relax at this stunning, modern, new home in a quiet, tropical neighborhood minutes from the Warm Mineral Springs Park.

Enjoy the outdoors with heated pool, loungers, grill and outdoor dining in the midst of the exotic bird chirps. The indoors feature open-concept great room and chef kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook a memorable meal. The home has brand new, top notch furnishings and all white bedding to reassure that it is pure and perfectly clean for your stay.

General
Our home is very relaxing, the perfect "home away from home". The layout provides space for friends and family to enjoy their time together. Self check-in with keypad lock provides for a seamless start to your vacation. There is plenty of parking available - in the driveway and the garage.

Great Room
The great room features two full sofas, a 75-inch Samsung TV and access to the screened patio with dining area and the heated pool.

Bedrooms
Four elegantly designed bedrooms with blackout curtains, memory-foam mattresses and 2.5 gorgeous bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your stay. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a tub. The primary bedroom has access to the patio. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and access to patio as well. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom has a king bed.

Pool
Removable safety fence is available for the pool. If your group includes children under the age of 8, we will put up the fence prior to your arrival and ask that you keep it up during your stay. An outdoor pool bath is available as well!

Laundry area and the garage are available for you to use any time.

Good Time

Very clean and semi private setting. The pool was great and got alot of use. The only thing wrong was not enough towels for a large group, and only 2 full bathrooms. Our stay was wonderful and had a great time. The place was close to shopping and places to eat.

Baseball spring training

Great location for Baseball spring training. Braves and Rays ballpark within 15 minutes. Four additional ballparks within an hour drive. Internet was a bit weak, but that's not what we came for. Four men 60+.

Excellent!

When renting a house online you never know what you will walk into- SO GLAD we chose this one. Pictures do not do the home justice- it was beautiful inside and out. The pool space was fabulous, the home was spacious and perfect for time spent with family with an open, well stocked kitchen to make large meals in. The home was immaculately clean and no detail was forgotten by the homeowner, down to the smallest things, like ALL needed kitchen utensils and high quality sheets and towels, which make being away from home extra special. Great communication when I reached out to the host with questions. Highly recommend staying here! *previous reviews mentioned the water scent: this occurs in the majority of the area in and around Sarasota. The home did not have an overwhelming smell in its water/sinks during our visit but I do recommend, as with any rental where you aren’t aware of the filtration system, to purchase bottled water for the stay.

Nice House But...

The host is very responsive to requests and problems and allowed us to check-in a few hours early. The house is beautiful, modern and very clean. It has all the supplies you need to get started. The layout affords lots of room for multiple guests and has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. It’s nice to have access to the garage for storage. The house is located in a sparsely populated neighborhood and is private. It’s 4 miles from Tamiami Trail where there is shopping and restaurants. The lanai is a great space. The pool gets sun in the morning and is shaded in the afternoon. There isn’t a handrail to get in and out of the pool. The pool got cloudy during our stay and when the pool guy came to service it, he said there wasn’t any chlorine in the pool. There are multiple security cameras on the property including in the pool area and in the garage. If you value privacy, be sure to read the “Safety and Security” section in the Property Description. The house is on well water that has a strong sulfur smell. You will need bottled water for drinking and making coffee. There are large closets in each bedroom but no dressers. The mattresses are new and very firm.
