A treatment needs to be done urgently, there are a lot of roaches in the kitchen and common areas, as well there needs a treatment for mosquitos, surrounding areas were full of bugs and it was almost impossible to grill. Please update the photos, the places do not even look like it is shown in the pictures. Some cabinets are in bad conditions.

Dingy and dirty

Kitchen infested with roaches. Puddles of water in driveway after the rain. I slipped and fell by the one on the front of the gate. Hole on the ground by the parking area made it hard to back out. Had to go wash the sheets at a laundry mat because they looked dirty. NO WASHER AND DRYER in rental unit. Mattresses are old and stained. I had to boiled water to wash the coffee maker because of the roaches. Place needs a good deep cleaning and fumigation. Location was okay, not far from the beach.

Overall, our short stay wasn’t great. The very first message I had with the owner, I let them know I needed a portable crib as was stated was available in the listing. That wasn’t on property. When I reached out to the owner they said someone must’ve taken it and there was not any alternative. The listing indicated there was a washer and highchair, but we did not see them. The overall cleanliness of the house was poor. The windows were filthy (so dirty we could not suction blackout curtains to them), pet and human food on the floors, sand and hair on the beds, sand on the furniture, and just overall dirty.
