About this property

Relax or fish off of the huge waterfront deck (with fabulous sunset views); take advantage of more amenities and activities than any other community on Nettles Island! Enjoy the long white beach or one of the 2 large swimming pools (one oceanfront and one riverside). 2 minute walk to riverside pool. 3 bedrooms upstairs and open plan downstairs. Fully equipped - just bring your tooth brush and bathing suit.

Community has tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, bocce, exercise classes, line dancing, community dances, miniature golf, gym, pool table, ping pong, video games, over 50 clubs that you may join - more activities than you can imagine!

Note - there is a $150 cleaning fee (which VRBO calls "host fee").

Nettles island escape

What a lovely spot! And such a great owner who accommodated us! The three bedroom/3 bathroom home on the water was perfect for our family. The kids loved fishing from the private dock, and it was perfect for all our needs.
