Pearl Jam weekend.

Fantastic place. So easy. Very nice and as pictured. Best place to stay for a cubs game or wrigley concert for sure. Will stay here again.

Location can’t be beat

Wow what an incredible stay. The location simply can’t be beat. 3 friends and I spent a long weekend in Wriglyville going to baseball games and all we had to do was walk across the street.

Cubs game and so much more!

We recently stayed here while visiting my nephew. The location is incredible- so many great places to eat, extremely walkable and just a stones throw from Wrigley! We were able to take in all of the sites before the game and enjoy the excited fans from both sides take in the historic park. Catching rides- whether it be Uber/lyft, bikes or scooters was very easy from the location. Now for the place- extremely clean, great communication, well appointed with extra pillows, linens and towels. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The view from the patio has left lasting impressions on my teenage sons who will soon be too old or busy (😔) to travel with us. This was everything and more than I expected. Thank you for sharing your place with others to enjoy and make lasting memories.

All I can say is WOW

Beautiful inside and out. Fantastic property manager. Wrigley hustle and bustle is worth every penny. Steps away are where players park and kids can get autographs. We loved it so much we extended our stay. For the true Cubbie fan! We hope to stay again next year!

Perfect Location

The location was amazing and the host very accommodating. The place was clean and decorated nicely. It was a little too warm when we were trying to sleep and we couldn't really cool it off to our liking. Not a major issue and didn't hamper our stay at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Ultimate Wrigley experience

An incredible location and environment. From lunch on the balcony the ball park was in arms reach. The neighborhood was walkable with lots to see in the shade of the tree lined streets. The interior matched the photos, it was like living inside Wrigley! It is also convenient to the sights of Chicago. We’d return in a minute. The info booklet was so helpful to get acquainted with the area quickly. Thank you Tara very much.

Epic baseball weekend

If you want to spend the weekend with your family around some baseball, this has to be the premier spot. Great for location, people watching, and all things Cubs!

Awesome Place

This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to Wrigley! Literally steps across the street from the left field gate. Everything was wonderful and property management was responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Best location in Wrigleyville: HANDS DOWN! Once the booking is made, you will receive a welcome guide with everything you need to know about the apartment and neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

You will have a private first-floor unit. Within your unit, you'll find two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Linens and towels included.

The kitchen has an open concept into the dining area and living room with a smart TV.

Guests will have the entire unit and a private front patio with views of Wrigley Field. Guests do not have access to the rooftop unless they obtain a separate ticket.

What makes this property unique

This unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, how many motions are taking place, and the temperature. This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit, and to make sure guests respect the other tenants living in the building. This is not a recording device. Please search online for more information about this device if you like.

Parties are strictly prohibited. We want guests to enjoy their stay, but this is not a party house. The owner lives in a private separate independent unit within the building.
