Amazing stay!

This was my families first visit to Cape Cod, so were hoping for the best. Couldn’t have turned out better! The house is perfect for a family, plenty of space for the kids to reboot after a nice day at the beach. Clearly the owners put a lot of tlc into decorating and maintaining this lovely home. Location wise, especially for newbies like us, was essential. We were able to take a short ride in any direction to hit numerous beaches. This home is the definition of “centrally located”… you can even walk to a few restaurants and markets. We will most certainly be back!

Great stay and great property

We enjoyed a great week at the property. On site managem is extremely responsive. Kayaks wet great for late afternoon kayak trips to oyster pond beach. We walked to mac's for dinner most nights or bought things from the mac's market to heat up. Kids enjoyed the pool and the lawn to play whiffleball etc. Hope others enjoy as much as we did. Views from living area are fantastic.

Perfect Chatham Rental!

Absolutely perfect accommodations. We rented units 31 and 32 together for our family of 11. They are adjoining units with adjoining doors on both floors. The living areas are perfect for families of all sizes and unit 32 has picturesque views of the pond. Kitchen has every amenity you could want. Master bedroom is very large and has huge and beautiful deck overlooking the pond. The others rooms are all spacious and all have their own bathroom! Lots of area to play outside and grounds are very well maintained. The manager and owner provided exceptional service and answered any and all questions we had regarding our stay. Condo is in close proximity to town and several restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this unit and we can't wait to visit again! We also stayed in unit 25 last year and that was equally as nice.
