Nestled upon a rare double-corner-private lot, "Unsalted" is designed to prioritize outdoor living. Sprawling green spaces invite gatherings under the mesmerizing glow of a crackling campfire, while the cutting-edge EV charger embraces the art of sustainable luxury.

During the summer season, we curate an elevated experience with exclusive week-long rentals, ensuring a seamless beach getaway that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking panoramic lake views. A full array of beach amenities are complimentary including paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more as well as a wagon to get it all down to the beach.

Unsalted has exclusive parking for four cars on a private paved parking area behind the house within feet of the front door which is accessed through a private driveway. Additional overflow parking on Prospect St is usually available as well, but not guaranteed. The ease of vehicle access to the house is one of the unique features that sets this luxurious house apart from others in this popular beach community.

Wonderful stay in Michigan City

This home was perfect for my family to get together and spend time with one another. There was plenty to do with the beach walking distance. The house was spacious and very well set up with everything we would need. The check in and check our process was easy. I would definitely book here again!
