Perfect for breath taking sunrises as well as sunsets, all while collecting countless sea shells. A simple straight drive on A1A for: food, drinks, golf, fishing, couples fun, and family fun, all making some truly historic adventures. Great stay!

This condo was very nice. The accommodations were excellent, with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone (4 adults and 2 kids). The host went above and beyond with amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you'd need to cook and serve meals. Everything was in good working order. Many incidentals were provided, including beach chairs, beach toys, and starter bathroom/kitchen/laundry supplies, just to name a few. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The host was quickly responsive to questions. It is a very short walk to the beach, and if you don't want to walk, you can access a drive-on-the-beach entryway right nearby. It is also just a short drive away to the historical St. Augustine area and many other touist attractions. My only complaint would be the pool area. The pool itself was well maintained, but the pool deck was in some disrepair, as were the pool chairs. The pool area is also completely devoid of any shade. None of that made a difference to our using the pool, however, so I really can't say it was an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway!

We stayed for three days on our way to a big family vacation. It was so clean, fully stocked, and so relaxing. We loved the quiet location and the easy walk to the beach!

Relax and Enjoy

The condo was equipped with everything you need. Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of towels and linens. All you need to relax at the beach! Very peaceful!

I moved down to Florida in 1991 from New York and just fell in Love with the atmosphere down here. I live in Middleburg, ( short drive away from this property)with my wife and three children and we love to spend as much time as we can by the water. Whether its just strolling on the beach, jetskiing, boating, if it has water, we am In!!
This location offers all of those needs. There is a boat ramp right down the street, Ocean access across the street from our complex. Some amazing restaurants all around the area. This location is also nestled outside of the downtown St Augustine area so at night when your ready to unwind you can enjoy some quiet time close to the beach

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect location. you can get to and from just about anywhere with no traffic issues. Whether you are a beachgoer, shopper or just love to relax and enjoy some sightseeing. This location has it all!
