The check-in process was very easy. Upon arrival to the unit, there was an off-putting odor. The floor of the tub looked so unclean that we decided to wear our flip-flops when we showered. We were never able to sign in to our streaming services on the TV in the living room and it appeared the TVs did not work properly if both were turned on. Finally, it took them 3 days of multiple phone calls and texts to fulfill our request for a couple washcloths. 3 days. On the plus side, the location was very convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. However, we did consider trying to stay at the Hampton Inn next door the day after we arrived. Same great location, better accommodations (like washcloths and room service).
