Upstairs room in rural,pretty home

Lovely yard with lots of singing birds. Metal fencing around yards (deer control).Easy parking.The room is like a cute attic or nice hotel room. Very comfy bed. Quiet.Windows cant open.Can"t cook, no stove.No nearby place to eat. Stairs to second floor room are steep, not for elderly or anyone with impaired walking. Several bathroom towel racks were falling off the wall.
