Summary:
Large fenced in and recently updated home located in a quiet, walkable Downtown Cary neighborhood.

The Space:
This home has four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, features two sitting room spaces both with large screen smart TVs, a huge dining space, as well as a breakfast nook in the eat-in kitchen. Outdoor space has plenty of seating space as well, we also do have a propane grill available for our guests. Home can comfortably sleep eight guests! We do allow dogs with a 2 dog max and a $100 pet fee.

Great host and comfy house!

The host was amazing! She replaced the grill bc the one that was there wasn't usable. Very comfy house as well!

This property was awesome...warm and welcoming. Attention to detail in everything from cleanliness, quality of towels and bedding, kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances , to furnishings was appreciated. The large fenced in back yard was wonderful for people and dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close and convenient to shopping and fun activities and events. Would absolutely stay again!

Good stay!

Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, only to sleep because we were visiting family it was in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and had a nice fenced in back yard. Towels and linens were provided. We didn’t use the kitchen, so I honestly can’t say anything as far as the appliances, but they all looked great and in working order. We checked out very early but the checkout time was 11 so if you needed that, I thought that was a very non-rushed time to be available for people. Communication was great. We didn’t encounter any issues or problems with the house whatsoever.

Great weekend in Cary!

Place was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Host was very communicative and although we didn't have any issues, I'm confident that any that arose would be handled promptly. Hope to be back here next year!

Wonderful Cary Home

This house was perfect for our family while visiting family in Cary. Centrally located, and there were an abundance of local restaurants, groceries, parks etc. for us to enjoy. The home was clean with three full baths, and has a BEAUTIFUL fenced in back yard! As a split level, everyone had easy access to everything and it was perfect for all ages. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate and close to downtown Cary

The home is immaculate, has great character, and an enormous yard that backs up against woods. So much bird activity that I loved sitting outside and drinking my coffee in the morning to watch and listen. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had been traveling and not sleeping great until I got to this wonderful home. The host is immediately responsive to all questions and extremely helpful. The WiFi is strong, the appliances and cooking supplies are all you need, it really has everything. And, it's walkable to downtown Cary, which is an extra treat. Highly recommend.

Great Family Space

This property is great for a large family. Plenty of room, a great backyard and very clean. The owner was very responsive. The property did lack some essential items to make ones stay comfortably however. There were no blankets for the 3 rooms upstairs or extra blankets anywhere. It lacked hangars, and soap in the showers. There was also a lack of essential kitchen items to cook with. We have stayed at many properties that will have basic kitchen storage items. This property did not. If the owner will supply some of these essential items it would be a great place to stay

A good house

We enjoyed our stay at this property and in this neighborhood. We appreciated a good refund policy and your willingness to let us have family visit who were not staying at the house. Molly was a good communicator.

Ideal location for urban and rural experience

Perfect for what we needed to enjoy our stay. Will say the dryer did not work and furnace heat did not function properly for 2 nights.

4 nice large bedrooms and fenced yard

Booked this house last minute for myself and a dog. Great yard for dog to run. All bedrooms nicely redone as is primary room bathroom shower. Kitchen all new appliances and backs up to Cary Greenway which you can enter couple blocks away.

Nice place!

Nice house with room for my seven closest friends. Beautiful neighborhood. Large backyard with lots of room for frisbee throwing. Would definitely stay again if I end up back in Cary.
