Summary:
Beautiful and spacious Apex 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Multiple outdoor seating spaces including the screened in back porch that looks out to the fully fenced in backyard.

The Space:
Master bedroom features a king sized bed and smart TV. Smart TVs in two of the four bedrooms as well as 55 in smart TV in the living space. Dining space for eight in the dining room as well as table and outdoor seating area and eat in kitchen dining area. Washer and dryer available for guests. We are 5 minutes to downtown Apex.

We do allow dogs with a two dog max and a pet fee of $100.

Perfect neighborhood home

Came for USA baseball. It was an easy 12 minute drive and you pass a Publix along the way. Well kept home with everything you need to feel comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs and the largest room has two beds and bean bags so it’s the perfect kid room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, lots of kids. Has park in walking distance which is nice. Host was responsive, but we didn’t have any issues at all. Would stay again.

Perfect Home For A Family Vacation

We couldn't have had a better experience in NC! It was our first time here and we absolutely enjoyed everything about this beautiful state including this beautiful home we stayed at. Not only was it impeccable and stunning, but the host was just a message away at all times. Any questions I had she answered right away! This home was clean, in a perfect location with Publix just about 5 mins away and other shops around 10 mins away, spacious, cozy and overall, the perfect home to stay at with family & friends! If you're considering a home in Apex, don't hesitate in booking this one right here!

Clean but needs updating

This house is useful in a sense it has lots of beds, but the master shower is dated. Only two bathrooms for the 5 beds is a stretch but it can serve a purpose of supporting large families. The garage is super dirty and windows are failing apart. Back yard needs some attention and trees should be trimmed. Front porch was dirty and unusable. Furniture was damage on front porch. I changed a light bulb in kitchen myself with a light from home. I suggest stocking each type the house needs for future use. Stove light was out as well Bifold doors need attention for laundry area Again, this place served a purpose but a little attention is needed.

Comfortable Family Home that Welcomes Dogs

I was very happy with my stay, which included two golden retrievers who also loved their time there. The fenced-in yard was wonderful for them, and this house could be a great option for a large family, given all the beds! I appreciated that it was fresh and clean, but also very comfy, and it's situated in a pretty neighborhood that is within close driving distance to many amenities (a great little coffee shop, Publix grocery store, etc.).

Apex family gathering

Spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxed for a family wedding gathering. We were able to bake 4 fantastic wedding cakes (oven was great!) to rave reviews. Our dog was very comfortable and the neighborhood great for walking. Location was convenient to wedding venue in Hillsborough, relatives in Apex and Cary, the airport and Raleigh.

Lovely Apex

We enjoyed an extended stay while in town for a treatment for our young kiddo - the house was wonderful and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood was lovely and my kiddos really appreciated the proximity to the playground. We had everything we needed in this home!

Delightful 4 bedroom house in Apex

Absolutely wonderful house for extended family gatherings in an absolutely adorable neighborhood. You are minutes from shopping and dining. The host is very responsive to your needs and the description of the property is spot on. Nice fenced in yard for pets and people. Loved the screened in porch, nice kitchen and real wood furniture.

Great place for a group

Group of veterans and spouses came down to Apex to surprise a brother at a benefit gig. House was conveniently located within minutes of downtown Apex, a short drive to Cary and an easy hour drive back to Fort Bragg. The dining room table was perfect for ‘family dinners’ and card games.

Very convenient!

This wonderful rental is very convenient to almost everything in Apex. Beautiful, large trees in a very quiet neighborhood. Our family especially enjoyed working puzzles on the large table in the breakfast nook. Molly is a great host, too!

Great Property Needs Updates/Properly Cleaned

We enjoyed the property and home. Exactly what we wanted for location and a place with enough space for our family to get together. Low key family gathering. It was disappointing to see the poor upkeep and cleanliness. House was just cleaned before checking. Several hairs in tub and shower. Beautiful front porch is very dirty and has bird poop and spiderwebs all over furniture and porch. We killed about 3 cockroaches. The master bathroom has a loose toilet and broken shower door. Kitchen has broken chair and light bulbs out. Finally, we were notified the house had a hole in the wall and mold on a shower curtain. Nice of cleaning company to drop off new curtain but the could of taken the old curtain down.
