The home is a few minutes drive to Crescent Valley Beach on the Slocan River, the Slocan Valley Rail Trailhead, Frog Peak Cafe, Evergreen Food Store, Esso Liquor and Gas Store, Tonik Distillery and Pizza, and Endless Adventure. There is AC for cool summer days and nights. The exterior space features a BBQ and outdoor paving stone patio with seating, seasonal fire pit, and a picnic table. The gorgeous bathroom features a custom tiled rain shower, separate soaker tub, and heated floors in the wintertime. The bedroom has AC and black-out curtains for a perfect night sleep. You might spot the local heard of Elk wandering through the property, deer, a rafter of wild turkeys, or rabbits hopping by on quiet mornings.
