Sunny and character-filled, Elvira Rose offers a peaceful retreat enveloped within a canopy of green. A seamless indoor-outdoor flow invites you to savour the idyllic atmosphere with a good old-fashioned barbeque in the sun-dappled courtyard.

When you're not cafe-hopping, the streamlined kitchen downstairs has all you need to cook up a feast, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Sit down for a game of chess or share meals around the table in the bright and airy dining area, where views overlook the budding garden. In the living area, you’ll find a leather lounge and chaise where you can settle in with some TV.

Three well-appointed bedrooms sleep five guests. The first and second bedrooms, located upstairs, each feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom downstairs includes a single bed. A vine-covered patio is accessible from the first and second bedrooms, offering a peaceful two-seater setting to enjoy your morning cuppa or an afternoon glass of wine. The bathroom includes a basin, mirror and a combination shower-bath where you can end the day with a relaxing soak. You’ll also find complimentary toiletries and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for maximum productivity, plus off-street parking for two cars on the shared driveway. The house is self-contained, but the owner lives onsite in a studio upstairs with a separate entrance.
