Property has only shared washing, this was not mentioned clearly. The checkin was tedious and chaotic. Carpets/flooring stained and unpleasant. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Ok for a 1 night stay only.

We felt the images were quite misleading for this apartment - perhaps the apartment pictured *does* exist at Inside Five, but we didn't see it. The accommodation at which we arrived was cramped, unclean, always uncomfortably warm to an extent that was honestly impressive, and provided the absolute minimum in terms of equipment for its kitchen. We had a pleasant check-in experience but received no reply to our attempts to contact the host later. We had the luxury of being able to check out a day early and felt much better having left.

Clean apartment but room was small however we had a street view balcony to have drinks in the late afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Big positive is many restaurants very close and good quality. For the price it represents value.

These apartments were in close proximity to public transport and restaurants. The rooms were in good condition however it was quite humid in the room even with the aid of an air conditioner. Overall, a good stay and the staff were helpful.

Nice hotel close to public transportation.

Smooth check in. Room is clean and comfortable. Sufficient kitchenware for those who likes to cook. And laundry and dryer down at the basement is very handy..love it.

Wonderful Hotel in the middle of Zurich

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff let us check in early and we even got a room upgrade. We had a room with a kitchette which was great. Water pressure in shower is good. MacDonalds, Aldi and Denner supermarkets within 5 min walk. Walk to Zurich HB within 15mins. Lots of small restaurants around the apartment. Always felt completely safe walking around the area.

Great hotel in a quiet residential area

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet residential street within walking distance to restaurants and tram stop. It is 3 stops away from central Zurich. Rooms were clean and modern and there is a free laundry to use as well. I highly recommend this apartment.

One night in Zurich.

It was great - once we checked in. Not being able to get in until 3pm was a nuisance because most of the day had gone. However, the Receptionist was really helpful so we managed to see Zurich from the Grossmunster tower and the spectacular Marc Chagall stained glass windows of Fraumunster. A couple of beers on Bahnhofstrasse while we watched the workers and the 'beautiful people' pass by was a nice way to get the feel of the place. Top it off with some delicious tapas at Wesley's.

Thanks to allow us check in early which our flight is morning flight. Really appreciate it. Surrounding has nice building when walk to tram station. Has supermarket nearby which good to grab stuff for cooking. Easy access to public transport.

Localização razoável e con forto duvidoso.

O hotel é fraco. As instalações são simples, sem qualquer tipo de conforto. Por exemplo, as toalhas não são trocadas e no meu caso fiquei 3 dias. A cozinha do quarto é razoável, tem o básico de equipamentos. O banheiro é pequeno e com box de banho apertado. Travesseiros não são nada confortáveis. Se vai para ficar apenas uma noite, ok. Mais do que isso, sentirá a questão do desconforto. O hotel tem uma localização razoável, uma vez que fica a 20 min a pé da Estação Central de Trem e da BanhofStrasse, a avenida principal. Tem mercados próximos. Um ponto muito positivo foi a simpatia, cordialidade, dicas e boa vontade do funcionário da recepção, de nome Kessar (do Nepal).
