I work as an attorney and I am a licensed California real estate agent. I am 56 years old. My wife and I have been married 22 years. I am self employed and enjoy considerable scheduling flexibility. We like to get away on long weekends. There is also some time for us on spring break in March or Winter break in December to travel. We enjoy traveling to new places in our small RV. We have three beautiful daughters ages 31, 22 and 20. We enjoy the great outdoors but also enjoy museums and touring new cities. This home is available on short notice.
Why they chose this property
I wanted to be close to the beach and walk to the city. I was looking for more than a condo and wanted a home in a sunny place where the fun in the sun never ends. Privacy with convenience and flexibility. I wanted to be in a place where you can relax or change gears and be near all the action and amenities of modern city life. You can have it all in Casa Mariposa. I have been fortunate to find another home to live in town so now I get to offer my cottage for others to enjoy like I have.

A near perfect 'walk score' with full view sunset at the beach only a short walk away from Casa Mariposa got me sold. Perfect climate year round. No need for AC here! Year round temperature low around 60 high 75. No stairs, no parking hassles, great friendly neighbors and a quiet family environment provides the perfect spot to enjoy fully with your family the Southern California lifestyle.
