Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Use the trash cans across the street to dispose of full trash bags, as trash can on the side of the house is not used for these purposes since there won't be anyone to set it out on trash day.
Wash any dishes
Place linens and towels in front of the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
