House is on a quite cove for snorkeling and boating.
Landscaped grounds surround a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house with multiple decks. Perfect for lounging to view-00 sunset and the water. One side of the dock is open to day docking or overnight dockage in calm seas. Property is half way to Bakers Bay from the Settlement and a short walk to ocean access. A bunk room below with outside bath and porch is available at extra cost.
