This was the CLEANEST hotel that I have ever stayed at. Even the base boards & behind the TV was incredibly clean. I love that they have an APP that you can use as your hotel key, or message the front desk. As a traveller coming outside the country, I was a little nervous staying in Downtown LA but I felt incredibly safe. The room itself was amazing with having the full kitchenette and I didn't hear much from other units. There was a time that another guest was blasting their music and I had message front desk. And they were incredibly responsive to it. Will be coming back for sure and will be looking for other Sonder locations.

Love our stay at the Sonder The Craftsman in downtown LA. It's very clean, convenient with great customer service. Highly recommend they include microwave in the unit for convenience. Other than that, we love it and will come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonder The Craftsman. The room we we're in was amazing, the shower was enormous! It is quite loud(firefighters, police, cars going crazy), but the Sonder offers a white noise machine and earplugs! We were well situated in DTLA, the place was safe and we had enough toiletries! Thank you for the stay!

The staff was amazing. So friendly, so helpful Originally did have a lower level room and found the street noise too much so transferred to a higher level floor and it was great. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for longer stays (cooktop, oven, fridge, washer & dryer)

We had a great stay at Sonder. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property and facilities were in good condition. It was pretty noisy on the street at all hours, but they provide earplugs and a white noise machine. The area is a bit rough, but it's downtown LA so it's to be expected. They have security there at all times, as well as a code to enter the front door, the elevator and of course our unit. Overall, I would rate my stay here as 5 stars and would definitely come back again. I also look forward to staying at other Sonder properties in the future, we were very impressed with our stay.
