Incredibly receptive and communicative team here. Well furnished kitchen with all of the essentials. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Only thing Id note is you need to go to the neighboring hotel to access the gym and sauna. Easy enough to do so though.

Beautifully laid out. Absolutely spotless. Easy access to Hamburg city centre. Everything is electronic and you hardly need to talk to a person… but when you do they are polite and professional. Great property!

Not in the best place but I think overall I would not recommend hamburg at all just a busy city with very rude people, the hotel is nice but not the city in my view compared to other's

Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that.

Es war ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Man wohnt in einer ruhigen Gegend, kommt aber sehr schnell mit den Öffis von A nach B und ist innerhalb von kurzer Zeit im Geschehen Hamburgs. Wir kommen wieder! ☺️

Fantastisk lækker hotellejlighed, med parkering lige ved hotellet. Så synd opholdet startede så dårligt. I skal blive bedre til advisering om tjek-in. Vi måtte ringe 3 gange til Israel før det lykkedes at få tildelt koderne til døren. Det var på dagen 2 timer før tjek-in. Vi ventede og ventede.

Sehr schönes, relativ neues Aparthotel. Lage im Industrie Gebiet. Zimmer zur Seitenstraße raus sehr ruhig. Super schöne, große Dusche. Keine nervigen Lichter von tv oder anderen elektronischen Dingen in der Nacht. Bett war Mega bequem. Check in lief problemlos, Kontakt über WhatsApp auf Englisch, war einfach und hat gut geklappt. Würde definitiv wieder kommen 👍
