Chalet spacieux mais pas confortable

Personnel gentil, on nous a surclassé dans un chalet car problème technique dans la chambre réservée, on est arrivé tardivement et l'arrivée s'est bien passée de façon autonome suite à l'sms reçu, le chalet est spacieux et dispose d'une cuisine, mais quelques points négatifs : pas de lit bébé alors que confirmé par téléphone la veille, aucune serviette de bains alors que la chambre réservée est censée en contenir, les lits ne sont pas confortables , pas de produit de lave vaiselle (boîte vide) et éponge salle pour laver la vaiselle
