A great property and a resulting lovely holiday . Location to beach and town is superb and the nearby bar, coffee shop and supermarket made everything complete. Communication was an area where improvement is needed alongside more regular cleaning of room. Despite this brilliant and highly recommended

The apartment was in a great location on the edge of town but within easy walking distance. Check-in was done on-line and was simple. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean with good views of the sea. We'd certainly book again.

NIU is a lovely, modern, stylish apartment hotel facility with well appointed rooms and a rooftop pool and relaxation area. The rooms feel spacious and the area is quiet. Only a short walk away is the promenade that spans the entire Villajoyosa beach.

Lovely apartment well decorated, on a quiet street which is great as all external noise can be heard. Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. Only suggestion would be to have someone on reception even a couple of hours a day though Jose was extremely quickly to respond to any enquiries! Thank you

Do not stay!

We had booked an apartment that was supposed to come with a hot tub, however when we were given our apartment there was no hot tub. We raised this issue with the hotel management and they claimed that we were incorrect. I sent them the apartment specification we had booked but they continued to claim we were wrong. Eventually they conceded that the description on the website was incorrect. We did not receive any apology or compensation. We contacted Hotels.com about the issue and they said they would contact the hotel about the issue but I have nothing further. The apartment was adequate and clean but just not what we had booked. We could not use the air conditioning as there was a really bad smell of fish. The pictures of the pool are very misleading on the website. It is tiny and there are only 4 sunloungers and some other seats in really tiny area around the pool. I would not recommend staying here.

Muy buen alojamiento

Los alojamientos son amplios y muy limpios, además tienen todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea cómoda (secador de pelo, cafetera, tostador, etc.). Queda muy próximo a la playa y las vistas desde la piscina son espectaculares.

Flott for to uker med jobb

To uker med jobb, gikk bra med flott leilighet, bra wifi og grei beliggenhet. Dagligvarer og lokal cafe rundt hjørnet, kort vei til stranden og masse restauranter der som jeg ikke brukte Flott og personlig hjelp fra personalet. Alt var nytt og flott. Trang garasje, men det er jo typisk Spania, så jeg hadde liten bil.

Fantastisk leilighet . Kort vei å gå til trikkeholdeplass ( tram). Også kort vei til Strand og stort supermarked. Alt i hele bygningen var nytt og innredet med god smak og spennende fargevalg . Jeg kan absolutt og på det varmeste anbefale andre fra Skandinavia ( og fra resten av verden også) i å leie her . Alt er gjennomtenkt til hver minste detalj. Også strandhåndklær og to små flasker vann lå klare på rommet!

Jättefint modernt lägenhetshotell, allt tio top

Ett fantastiskt fint säkert nybyggt lägenhetshotell, smakfullt inrett i minimalistisk modern stil. Jättefint kök , saknade dock en mindre gryta. Annars var det så fint och tip tio. Badrummet var också superfint med Rituals produkter! Återkommer gärna hit. Pool på 3:e vån med magisk utsikt över stranden etc. Ca 200 m t livsmedelsbutik Spar. Cs 800 m t Tram station. Gångavstånd till allt i mysiga Villajoyosa.

Modernt nytt fint hotell nära allt.

Jättefint nybyggt lägenhetshotell med hög standard och mkt smakfullt inrett i modern minimalistisk stil. Allt var verkligen jättefint. Tvål/ schampo etc fr Ritusls. Egen incheckning ( i november) med sms info och digitalt med koder, inga problem! Ligger nära t restauranger, Cafeer, mataffär och stranden. Hotellet har en fin liten infinitiv pool på 3:e vån. Med utsikt över staden. Nära till Tram / spårvagnsstationen som man lätt kan gå till. Ett underbart ställe som vi gärna återkommer till.
