I only stayed for two nights. Room size is small especially bathroom but the overall price is great for short stay. The staff was nice and helpful when I have reported that the radiator seemed not working in the room, they provided the probable heater, and offered a compensation of late checkout.

The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom and the shower, but overall it was a great place. The room had all the facilities needed, a bit hot tho even if the radiator was off

Not a huge fan

The rooms were great, but I hate the fact I had to create ana account to check in to the rooms. The water also had issues as it would not stay hot. There is also a charge to make up the room which I have never seen before?

Weekend stay

I only stayed for two nights so I didn´t make use of the full range of service available. For such short stay it was perfect.Very nice clean bathroom with all products on the shelf and a great bed. I ask no more than that when I have a short stop over. Iron, safety box, and kettle for maiking tea too

Good for a night stay but is a no thrills Sonder. Not common as most Sonder venues are pretty solid options. Good safe and quiet location however and close to stations for easy transport. Would stay again

7 minute walk to closest train station. Rooms are pretty good size, but bathroom is small, especially the shower. Wasn’t able to control temperature in room but luckily the temperature was fine for our stay.

4th time at Sonder and my last stay was disappointing. Hair in the bathroom, very small room vs my booking description so unfortunately won’t stay there again. Such a shame as my previous stay was ok for the price.

For me the location of the hotel was very good. It was easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel corridor and room was very hot and not air conditioned. But in the room by keeping the windows open it was okish. The rest was fine, friendly staff, good communication before check in and had easy check in check out process.

Okay but lacks in important areas

Hotel is in a nice area. Close to Gloucester Road Station which makes the rest of london very easy to access and walkable for those who like walking. The room was fine and had everything you would need for a short stay BUT the hotel has no AC and refused to provide a fan so on a hot day, this was a shockingly bad stay.

Excellent for business or pleasure

A new property, in excellent condition. Stunning location. Clean, comfortable rooms with well-functioning facilities (not to be taken for granted in the UK). Rooms are small but that is to be expected. The staff are courteous and helpful, but there's only so much they can do as most customer service goes through the Sonder App.
