We had an excellent stay in a 2 bedroom villa with a private jetted plunge pool. The villa was large and had a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a several private outdoor areas including a large covered patio with a hammock. Cleaning staff came everyday, however one con was that you cannot actually lock the main door to the villa, your keycard controls the gate to enter the yard, but the actual villa sliding door couldn't be locked which I didn't love. That said the food options were solid, and reasonably priced, the beach is secluded and the pool and loungers were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Wunderschöne anlage, super aufmerksames personal, sehr gutes restaurant, sehr schöbe villen, sehr schön begrünt. Ausreichend Strandliegen und Schirme vorhanden. Am Pool genauso. Die Strandtücher könnten etwas größer sein. Aber im großen und ganzen war es für uns ganz wunderbar. Gerne wieder, falls es uns wieder mal nach Kolumbien verschlagen sollte. Familie aus Berlin

Me gustó mucho el concepto del hotel, las villas privadas, la seguridad que se siente en las casas. La limpieza de las habitaciones y el personal del restaurante. No me gustó la limpieza de la piscina, incluso lo comunicamos en el lugar. Y sugiero que el hotel tenga personal salvavidas en la playa.

Es lugar es hermoso, y en cuanto a atención, instalaciones, aseo y otros no hay absolutamente ninguna queja. La única sugerencia que me gustaría hacer es con respecto al menú disponible. Sí bien es cierto, la mayoría de los huéspedes parecen ser extranjeros; creo que sí es una buena idea incluir opciones locales dentro del menú. Algunos platillos más típicos podrían gustarnos, no solo a los huéspedes nacionales que podamos alojarnos allí, sino también a los huéspedes extranjeros que quieran conocer nuestra cocina y nuestros sabores.

El lugar es bonito El mar imposible de entrar ya que tiene un oleaje demasiado fuerte que impide entrar al mar siempre está en bandera roja No es para nada tranquilo Tuvimos un problema ya que nos dijeron al ingreso que el desayuno estaba incluido y bn cuando fuimos a pagar a la misma señorita que los había atendido nos dijo que había sido un error y que debíamos pagar los desayunos Sin embargo la señorita que estaba haciendo nuestro chek out entendió que había sido un error de información inicial y los audio el hotel La comida aunque variada un poco costosa con respecto a otras lugares de la zona Los masajes buenos Lástima el mar porque es imposible meterse y esto no aparece en ninguna información del hotel La piscina no muy grande para todos los huéspedes podrían agrandarla un poco más

Neue Unterkunft mit Villen inkl. privaten Pool, das Essen und das Personal im Restaurant waren freundlich und gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption vollkommen unfähig und unzuverlässig. Gebuchter Flughafentransfer war nicht da. Englisch spricht in der ganzen Anlage keiner. Und unsere Villa 1F hatte einen grossen Pool, leider stinkt es dort wegen eines Abflussrohres vor der Villa wie in einer Kloake. Die Sauberkeit ist auch sehr oberflächlich. Stromausfall gab es täglich mehrere male und das WLAN war auch nicht zuverlässig .verfügbar.

Komplett neue Anlage, alles sehr sauber und super geräumig. Die Bungalows sind modern eingerichtete mit einer Küche, TV, mehreren Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Zudem wird die Anlage durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht. Es gibt einen großen Pool an dem man entspannen kann oder man legt sich direkt ans Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl für das Abendessen. Preise sind ok, kosten allerdings mehr als in der Umgebung. Viel Auswahl gibt es außerhalb des Hotels allerdings nicht. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt um 3 Tage verlängert haben. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nos hemos quedado en varios hoteles de esta cadena, este es el más nuevo. El checkin fue demorado, nos entregaron una cabaña con la piscina verde y sucia por lo cual nos ofrecieron cambiarnos, tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para ingresar a la propiedad. Alrededor de las 5:30 ingresamos a la propiedad y cuando solicitamos un late check out por el inconveniente la manager nos dijo que nosotros habíamos solicitado un cambio voluntario, lo cual no fue así, y que no había sido por la piscina. Cuando le dijimos que habíamos tomado fotos del estado de la piscina que nos querían entregar entonces accedió a darnos un late checkout hasta la 1:30pm… aparte de esto mala comunicación entre la propiedad y Orbitz. No aparecía registrado nuestro pago y tuvimos que estar 2 horas en el teléfono con Orbitz para poder solucionar. El restaurante es bueno y el servicio del personal es excelente, se siente un lugar seguro y con algunas mejoras en la calidad de la atención en recepción y más cuidado al entregar las propiedades listas, sin duda será un gran lugar para quedarse en esa zona.
