We had a wonderful stay during the 4th of July weekend. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, everyone was helpful and friendly. Anytime we needed something extra (towels, luggage etc) a staff member helped out very quickly. We will definitely be back and look forward to that time. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy Myrtle Beach but not be right at the beach. The accommodations here are great. The shuttle service to the beach and back was very convenient. Everyone was friendly. Marc at the pool side bar was very charming. I would book here again.

Fantastic property especially with 2&3 bedroom units available. Can't say anything bad about place. 15mins or less from the boardwalk. Private Beach was a very pleasant surprise with shuttle from lobby

It’s always a pleasure to spend time at this property. I visited 6 years ago and it still looks pretty good. A few maintenance improvements are needed but nothing major. It’s probably time to upgrade the furniture a little bit everything is still nice. I can’t wait to get back.

we have stayed on property several times in the past- i has become our "go to" place to stay...we see that the property has shown improvements, (painting)...we will continue to stay here- it would be nice to see the "Little " thing taken care of- cleaning the elevators- updating furniture in the rooms...it is so close to being 5STAR

I stayed in Tower 4 Room 404 which had a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower along with a huge balcony. There was. Ot a strand of hair found anywhere and all surfaces were clean snd dusted. Thisbis hard to find in Myrtle Beach. I loved my stay!

Walking into Hotel it smells & looks high dollar. Get on the elevator to your floor only for the doors to open and you think you’re in the basement! Dirty & moldy with air conditioners blaring as you walk to your room. Rooms are nice but dated! Toilets are for children not adults. Ok for staying overnight.

The only complaint is with the reservation. I booked Saturday through Wednesday. They had us coming in on Tuesday. I had to prove my reservation, which I did. If they had been full we would have been in a bad situation.

Accountability

I enjoyed everything, clean and luxurious. Room service was good. Would have loved to have an indoor jacuzzi, that's definitely not a deal breaker. Everything was in order until we left items in our room and had to turn back to retrieve them. The room was already stripped, our items removed and the workers acted clueless to the acknowledging the items were ever there. The loss and prevention manager gave the impression that there was nothing he could do, stating he could only ask and not accuse. After making it obvious I was not just going to walk away from this, the item appeared all from different areas. The loss and prevention manager said, "it was my lucky day". There should be more accountability with checks and balances in loss and prevention with this department of the hotel. Overall great stay.
