The property was beautiful and very convenient to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately the communication was very poor from this property. When our plans changed unexpectedly, they were unwilling to even answer messages requesting a refund of the third day. Their responses took days. We did not use their 3rd party registration site; we provided the info through Expedia. Find it very weird that a company would want so much personal info through an unknown third party website. Unfortunate, because the property was lovely!

Wat een fijn schoon en nieuw appartement op een geschikte locatie. Parkeren in het complex is wel wat prijzig. Het appartement is heel mooi en volledige voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader.

Positives: 1. close to Estrecho metro station 2. lots of good food options nearby - including ethnic shops and supermarkets like Aldi 3. modern/nice property 4. courteous staff Negatives: 1. at least a 20 min walk to Santiago Bernabeu stadium (important if you are booking to be in close proximity to it) 2. Security concerns. The reception is only manned a few hours on weekdays. Access to the apartment block and to the apartments are by secure code (there are no swipe cards or keys), and in our experience, more than 1 apartment can be accessed by the same code. We were told >1 week ahead of our arrival the code to our apartment. We arrived, entered the code, opened the door and saw that it was already occupied!! We double-checked all communication and confirmed we used the correct code for the correct apartment. Then, called the apartment management (as reception is unmanned) and they said we should be in a different apartment instead, and to use the identical code we had previously been given and already used!! During our 2-week stay, we always worried if others would also walk into our apartment, when we were out.

Communication was great. The place is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. It is close to many places to explore! If you have a car, it has parking which is a plus; however consider reserving and paying for it prior to your arrival. Our recommendation is transportation and walking are best in Madrid.

The best managed and most beautiful apartment we have been in Europe. Great deskhelp and awesome location. Close to metro and buses. Steps away from Mercado San Enrique and Mercadona. Restaurants 2 blocks away. If I return to Madrid i will do so to this apartment in a heartbeat
