Great for a family, big room with multiple beds. Our family of five was very happy with the accomidations. The only thing it needs is hooks for towels.

The rooms were clean but this is a very dated hotel. I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids. This is NOT a hotel for families. We booked it because it was so close to the beach. The pool needs some repairs and is quite dated. Our AC didn’t work and no one came to fix it. If you are just looking for a property with absolutely NO amenities then this is the place for you. The beach of course was beautiful.

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay in Miami. The beach was right behind the hotel and easy accessible. Although not super close to the busy area of South beach we just hoped on and off the free trolley. We had a car for the beginning portion of our trip and this place had free parking available which was such a great convenience. The people at the counter help you check in but the unit is rented by the owner really. Our owner helped us with the wifi which was the only minor issue we had initially getting connected. After that, it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

The location is great, right by the beach. However, the place is very run down and in desperate need of renovations. Also, no wifi.

Poor to no wifi connection. Valet parking was inconvenient. I was mislead by the pictures online. No customer service/staff who can help you with your concern immediately. The suite needs renovation especially the washroom. The building and the environment is not suitable for kids.

Cheap upgraded old suites

Upgraded condo units done with non qualified labour, bad quality workmanship is noticed everywhere specially in the washroom fixtures, plumbing, tiles, and finishes. Coffee Maker requires coffee and filters which is not suitable for hotel rooms. Room has not ventilation at all and windows cannot even opened for fresh air. Valet parking is slow and inconvenient. Ramp for luggage is very steep and forget about having someone from the hotel to help you.
