Our family of 4 just stayed 6 night's and can honestly say it was fantastic. The apartment was clean and spacious. It wad everything we could need. Dimitris at reception was great. We had a basement apartment but there was plenty of light. There is a patio, it wasn't kept clean nor was it inviting but that's a small detail. The area is great and it's a short walk to the Underground. We would definitely return and I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay there.

This is a great property. Our King Suite was extremely spacious and well appointed with huge bed, lots of storage for clothes, wifi, TVs, laundry and more. The room was immaculate with daily towel changes! The property is so well located near tube and walking to many interesting sites, restaurants and shopping. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Excellent!

Amazing apartment, spacious, excellent bed and beddings, with conveniences of laundry in room, great wifi, pleasant and accommodating staff! We had a basement apartment so no view but quiet, great sleep! Convenient location in South Kensington to walk to the sights with metro close by.

Home away from home

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal - less than a 5 min walk to an Underground station. Grocery stores nearby. The room was generous in size even though it was a studio. (The rooms with bedrooms would have been even better!) The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. I will return!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a bit small but that's probably like most places in England. Also it was very convenient with a tube station 1-2 mins walk from the place. Staff was very friendly, definitely recommend!

Needs an update

The room was adequate, but would definitely benefit from an update. The TV's were not Smart TV - therefore streaming was not possible. The couch in the living area was a sectional that wasn't attached together - it kept sliding apart and was very uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were on the larger side, which was nice. Being on the 4th floor, it was quiet.

Great location and well furnished kitchen

Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up!

Loved it!

Highly recommend this place! Nice location, close to tube station Gloucester Road. I stayed in a Deluxe One bedroom Apartment, 58m2, ground floor. Fantastic apartment with a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and nice bathroom with bathtub. You control the temperature in the apartment yourself. The service is top notch and I would love to come again. Everything was fab.
