There are tea and coffee in the lobby, but not in the room. The hotel also doesn't offer body lotions. The first room we got, we cannot change the TV's channel. They were nice and switched us to another room, although not very efficiently. The TV worked fine until second night where we cannot change the channel again. Overall the rooms were small but clean. The location was very convenient, around 5 mins walk to the Taipei main station.

There was laundry machines, hot water and tea/coffee/toast were available. Our room had no window, was a little bit small but otherwise very clean. I appreciated how there were two elevators as it made things run a little faster. Very close to the MRT- would consider rebooking!

First visit to Taiwan and stayed twice at Moshamanla Hotel. I was badly bit by bed bugs during my second stay. Guest complaint was poorly handled. Jenny replied first after my email request to talk to hotel manager. Kai did not identify himself at beginning and offered a sorry rather than a solution. Room carpet was filthy with dirty stains and other stuff. In the dining area, used plates were placed along with buffet and fresh food. Bathroom doors were widely open and were clearly seen from your dinning seats. Staff in uniform had their meals along with other customers. Overall cleanness was not acceptable at all. I will never come back and I do not recommend this hotel. I have a photo of bug bites which I sent to the hotel. There is no way to show here.

The hotel was good Just wish they provided small bars of soap (showers do have gel and shampoo) Also wish they were more flexible with early check ins, but overall, everything was quite good and I would stay here again

Location Location! Location! CP value is pretty high. Not a high class hotel but you get everything you need. Breakfast choices very limited and only for Asian people. It is a good choice for budget hotel.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Great location. Easy to get around anywhere by bus or metro/train. Fantastic Asian style breakfast buffet. Not so great for North American taste, but plentiful food, and the coffee is amazing! Beds were hard for our standards, but we were so jet lagged and exhausted, we slept fine. They have the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great water pressure. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel.

Location is excellent, wifi first day doesn’t work on 8th floor. Don’t depend on the self serve washing as the dryers are not hot enough.
