Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good.

It’s a large place, but it is far from a 5 star experience. The place needs painting and maintenance. There were no hand towels, no hand soap, no robe as promoted and a number of other things. It’s very basic and there are way to many people congregating in the lobby area. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great stay. Lobby and elevators get quite busy. Especially in the evenings. The pool got busy too due to the sister hotel having maintenance in their pool. Wifi is quite spotty but overall a great hotel. Love the gym and pool
