Great family hotel for Disney visit

Stayed in the summer with young kids. Delightfully friendly and helpful front desk staff. Small elevator; efficient pay laundry facilities; coins required. Room was spacious, somewhat dated, but clean and pleasant. Small bathroom and kitchen, but we were hardly in the room so they did the trick. Room was on first floor (2nd floor to us North Americans ;) ), and we were bothered by the amount of cigarette smoke frequently blowing in through the windows; people would stand out in the courtyard and smoke right under our window at all hours of the day. 5-minute walk to metro station, then take the metro one stop (7 mins) to Disney entrance. We walked to Disney the first night, took about 30 mins. Grocery store 5 mins away right near metro station. Huge shopping mall adjacent to hotel; Primark was a highlight! Great family hotel, good value, would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for Disneyland Paris

This hotel was "enough" for our trip to Disneyland Paris. Clean enough, comfortable enough, close enough. A short train or (free) shuttle bus ride to the park gets you there in good time. The hotel blends in a little too much to the buildings around it...we drove right past it and had to walk around the neighbourhood to locate it. I think it needs better signage. However, I would recommend it if you don't want to pay the Disney hotel prices, and you have a little kitchen where you can make your own meals. There is a big mall a couple of blocks away with a supermarket, and many restaurants in the area.

Do not book this hotel for late check in

We couldn't get into the hotel because the self check in didn't work. the helpline didn't work so after 90 minutes we had to book a different hotel

The property is in a great location perfect for getting to Disneyland Paris. I walked in the morning to the park and it took me about 15 minutes. There is a shopping center about one minutes or less down the street and it has a huge Auchan (grocery store).

Property is right next to the Val d'Europe Shopping centre and close enough to Disney to get a quick Bolt or Uber. We stayed for 1 night 2 adults and 2 kids. There as a separate room with a double bed and a pull out bed for the kids in the living room.
