We got our room upgraded which was great. Our apartment was large and spacious with everything you need. Water pressure was great and towels were nice and fluffy. Location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go though immediate area was just okay though we did not feel unsafe. Overall a very good option and stay.

This property is located close to transport hubs, supermarket and mall, and is a 12 minute walk to the Old Port. The staff were great and assisted with any request. Great for short or long stay with fridge/freezer, convection microwave and dishwasher.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. For the price I paid, I feel like I got good value. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transportation, which made getting around really easy. The amenities were decent—nothing too fancy, but everything I needed was there. Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was surprisingly comfy! The bathroom quite small, but nothing that would ruin the stay. If you're looking for a solid, affordable option without splurging, this hotel is a great choice. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Location is great. Room very comfortable and clean, but city view has a bit of noise. Very busy street. Close to a Metro station was great even though there are some homeless people around the area. Safety was not a concern. Having a parking on sight was great.

Funky, Friendly, well-equipped room, Great value for money. Easy walk to the Port area for dining, Colorbus (hop on/off) etc. Need GPS to get anywhere in downtown, but this worked out too.

The area is very unsafe. I did not feel safe walking around during the daytime. The property was unclean - I found a hair on one of the pillows. There was a smell to the bedsheets and water. There are barely any amenities. I found it inconvenient that there were no public transportation options to the Marseille-St Charles station.
