Nice and quiet, personnel is friendly and polite. Clean place, though on the last day the bed was not properly cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper. Overall nice stay.

Wonderful experience

If you're thinking about getting away from the hustle and bustle of CDMX, staying at this property in Coyoacan is a wonderful choice. Artsy and historic property with attentive staff. Good breakfast. You're only a short walk from the market and squares.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good in terms of access to Coyoacán centro. The charge for doing a small amount of laundry was a little excessive. Overall very good.

Lovely older hotel in Coyoacán

Older hotel with quiet courtyard. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and service great.

A relaxing stay at a lovely old house. The room was spacious, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served alfresco which was enjoyable. Location is convenient, walkable to the main plaza and market.

Loved everything about my stay at Casa Monteczuma! Miguel and the entire staff are fabulous. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Everything is within walking distance, and what isn’t, is just an inexpensive Uber ride away. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. The bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Coyoacàn. * would recommend a full length mirror

Wonderful hotel based in a beautiful building with attentive staff! The made-to-order breakfast was spectacular. This is truly a home away from home. The room feels like your own little apartment, stocked with everything you might need. The staff is wonderful and will get you whatever you need. The breakfast is simple but delicious and the space is small and quiet. Coyoacan is a beautiful neighborhood in Mexico to explore and even as two female travelers we felt extremely safe walking at night to grab dinner or explore the town.

Easy check in, very welcoming staff and environment. Miguel is very nice and always willing to help. There is always someone there to open the door ( very secure) Breakfast was delicious every morning, the bed and pillows very comfortable. We had a great time at Casa Moctezuma. The property managers Miguel and Roberto did a great job making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Location was a great plus for this property being just 2 blocks from the main square in Coyoacan, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We would like to have had a better wifi signal which didn't work for us as expected. Thank you Casa Moctezuma!

Beautiful grounds, quiet, safe neighborhood. Loved our loft room with two large kind sized beds. Great to have a kitchenette. Breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. Close to central plaza of Coyoacán.
