The room was very nice and clean, the room offered Netflix and YouTube (if you have accounts) which was a very nice feature and the water pressure in the shower was also very nice! Would stay there again! :)

Rooms are very small - what probably is normal for NYC. Also bathroom is in no nice condition and there is no closet other then a small rack. Not what I expect from a „4 star“ hotel.

Rip off!!

Worst stay ever. Totally ripe off this hotel. Stay away! We tried to complain though hotels.com that was very helpful and recommend the hotel that we were entitled to a refund for the remaining nights and get a new hotel but the hotel manager refused. For many hundred of dollaers a night I’m in shock of the state for this hotel.

The online check in process was a little inconvenient because I needed to send a pic of my driver’s license which made me uncomfortable. The room was small but very clean. No on-site parking so I had to pay a lot to park in a nearby garage. Check out was quick and easy.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always been great. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it is exactly what I need when staying in TriBeCa. Near the subway, restaurants, groceries, drugstore. I feel very safe here.

The property is in a fantastic location, but overall the stay was just okay. Our biggest bug bear was that the room was really grubby and dirty in areas especially the bathroom lots of dust and grime around the corners of the room as well. The bathroom facilities were not in good condition the floor of the shower was. There were traces of mould on the ceiling and a clear damp issue.

Well located for easy access to many a tourist attractions like 9/11 Memorial, WTC , Charging Bull etc. Easy access to subway network. Staff is friendly polite and very courteous. Overall a pleasant place to stay.
