Sanctum stay

Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped. Short walk to transportation and amenities. The outstanding feature of Sanctum is its staff including security personnel. Very helpful and courteous, made our stay pleasant. Sanctum will be our first choice on our next visit to London.

A gem in the city

We, a family of 5, had a very comfortable stay at the Sanctum Apartments. It was very spacious and clean.The staff were courteous and helpful. It was a 5 minute walk to the Underground and there was a bus right outside. We could not have had a better experience.

A London Holiday with four children.

Spent a week in London. Wanted a comfortable place to stay where all 6 of us could have a real bed, no pull out couch. This apartment had three bedrooms and a large living room area and kitchen. It had a nice balcony, was centrally located and had 24 hour staffing for questions or any problems with the facility. We all slept fairly well and enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious apartment fit for a small group

Even though the building is not new, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was quite well mantained. The only downside was the AC that didn't seem to work properly on our second night. The area around is not the greatest that London can offer and the building is a tad far from the city centre.

Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc.

Great place, great staff, great value.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Everything about the Sanctum was exactly the same. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a 3x3 due to the size of our family and it worked out cheaper having the convenience of a kitchen, washer dryer and all of us in one place. The location is easy walking distance to the Tube, local shops, pubs and restaurants. When ‘Lulu’, our 10yr olds teddy went missing in the apartment the staff searched everywhere and recovered her in the bedding in the basement. They took it seriously and understood the importance of Lulu. We look forward to staying with them again.
