Great hotel

Fantastic apartment hotel which was super clean and walking distance to everything. For farther activities, the Melbourne tram was very close and free downtown. I would recommend this location for family trip.

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Room had a good amount of space for a family and decent facilities but there was some water damage to the floor and door outside the bathroom which caused the floor to warp. Rubbish wasn't put out by housekeeping or past tenant. We were asked to remove rubbish to the disposal nearby before vacating. Notified front desk after clearing it myself and there were no more bin bags. Notified front desk twice during out stay and were told they would have housekeeping bring bin bags and a tea towel which was also missing. Told them at check out that I'd bought bin bags and used the facewashers and handtowel instead. Friendly staff were apologetic but no action.
