Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect , central for everything, we went to the AO to see peter Kay, this is with in walking distance from the hotel. Car parking is easy in the multi storey about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Perfect central location for shops and the AO Arena the building was well laid out with choice of restaurants within the building. My only complaint would be lack of communication regarding parking facilities which is a discount with Q-carparks. 25% off but did not respond to my request for the code or details until after my visit.
