Property was perfect location, very easy to access , and close to everything! Room itself was great. Service was generally good, Greggory’s was especially perfect . Only issue I had was that AC broke down and had to have a couple of room changes that delayed my morning plans and ultimately meant I couldn’t go to the Lake District as I had planned. I wish I had been offered some sort of compensation.

Amazing spot!

The room was very clean and the service at the hotel was great. I accidentally chose the Corn Exchange location which is further from the Train station, but it was a pleasant mistake! Great access to the shopping centres and some fun restaurants near the hotel.

Check in did not go as planned by the time I got my room I was late for an event I was going, went to room 3 times with key card, didn't think I was believed checked for themselves while I was waiting taking over an hour. Very poor customer service.

It was just OK for the price paid. We were given a special needs room with a bathroom that looked like it belonged in a hospital. We are abled people and while we thought that it would have been great for those that need the facilities, we werent enamered with our bright orange emergency pull cords located arounf the room. When i mentioned this to reception, and that we'd prefer a bath or normal shower, they werent bothered and said no. For a room that cost over 200 quid for one night, i wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Only stayed 1 night as we were going to the AO arena to see Peter Kaye, wished we had booked more though. Right next to the Arndale Center if you want to go shopping and on the Corn Exchange, got it's own little area for guests of the hotel, fabulous location, lovely room

The hotel was lovely and clean. I upgraded to the “grande suite” but the view was terrible (no view) and it was an accessible room with wash room, etc. I’m not sure if we got the wrong room or if that is the “grande”. Overall it was clean and staff were friendly. Probably not worth the money.
