Not to be recommended, room VERY small and ultra basic, not even space for a chair. The worst we had on our journey in Iceland, especially for the price Breakfast was OK

Great apartment. Note that they have different properties in town in addition to the main hotel. We were at an apartment building up the street. Very spacious, clean and modern. Lived it!

Absolutely fantastic apartment; clean, cosy and very thoughtful setup (heated towel rack, washing machine, extra blankets, great view ...).Our favourite so far in all of Iceland.

Me ha encantado la ubicación, el pueblo precioso, el apartamento ha estado muy bien, no les faltava Nada con vistas al pequeño puerto. Solo que el sofa cama y sobre todo la cama supletoria eran un poco incomoda. Pero por lo demas todó muy bien. El recepcionista de cadiz super simpatico .

Wir waren im zum Hotel dazugehörenden Appartementhaus. Supernettes Personal, das sehr hilfsbereit war. Das Apartment selbst bräuchte vielleicht wieder etwas Aufmerksamkeit, z.B. kaputte Lampen, keine Handtuchhaken, die offene Dusche war mit 4 Personen schon eine Herausforderung. Das Essen im Hotel ist hervorragend, die Lage grandios, das Schwimmbad direkt nebenan. Der schwarze Strand einer der schönsten, die wir gesehen haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

The property is as described, bigger than we expected and came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful host who showed us in. One disappointment was the mention of an on-site restaurant in the communication message where we could dine and therefore we opted not to bring groceries for doing our own cooking, but was told when arrived everything was closed, leaving us with no food on New Year's Day. A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide more coffee packets, as we quickly ran out. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

We received the apartment not clean, trash left in the can, soap and shampoo bottles were filled with water. We had to go to the reception at the main building and ask for taking out the trash and provide soaps. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and assisted. The maintenance of the apartment needs some improvements, rhere was a broken window glass the tv didn’t work and the screen is very small and old. Nothing to prevent water from fluffing the shower room. Location is good near by to the public swimming pool.

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't busy at all for dinner but the staff said to make a reservation for there might be no space. Not honest. Ordered salmon and was cold inside the fish. Very pricy for the quality. The server was nice though. Bedroom is clean and pleasant but the bathrm smelled like urine. Had to clean myself but still smelled.

Caught by surprise

Room was quite small, to our surprise. You can also hear all people passing in the hallways and next door room. We were caught by surprise when a couple with their small boy was able to open our room with our room key- apparently when they checked in, they were also given our room key 😣😳. When checking out the next morning, the staff apologized so hard for the mistake and offered coffee or tea to us.

Apartment was huge in a quiet location with private parking right outside. Rooms were clean. Exceptional and almost all amenities needed including full kitchen and laundry. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Heating was adequate. Friendly service.
