Close to Costco, Traders Joe, a Japanese restaurant, and a coffee shop. 3 blocks to bus 292 stop to SFO airport, or 6 blocks away to Civic Centre BART station. Basic amenties, but a rather nice place to stay if you just want a clean bed and quiet environment, the price is right!

Property itself was well maintained. No trash on the property and they had security that kept the vagrants off the property and the security guard tried and was successful for the most part to keep guests unaware that this property was used for hooker and drug activity. I don’t sleep much so I spent a lot of time just people watching during the night. This activity was going on in the rooms at the back, so if you stay at the front you wouldn’t even notice. Evening front desk guy was very helpful with directions. Before you stay here, research Mission and Market Street and you may want to spend a little more money for somewhere different. Hardly no restaurants close either. We stayed 3 nights and weren’t prepared to spend a fortune so this worked out for us, besides we spent all our time touring the city.

Staff was good. Breakfast was just OK. Wednesday and Thursday nights were fine but the noise until 2 am on Friday night from the bar next door was crazy load even with ear plugs. I appreciated the motel storing our luggage for a while after we had checked out.

Terrible never again

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.The hotel decided to give my double bed room to someone else.When I showed up to check in they had no rooms available.The location is terrible.Lots of homeless people, prostitutes around and just a very ghetto Definitely not a safe location to be.The hotel staff was rude and did not help to solve the problem.When booking i had left the hotel a message that I would be coming late to which they totally disregarded.I spent my night driving around the sketchy neighbourhood while talking on the phone with hotels.com.This hotel should have never been listed in hotels.com. Hotels.com needs to have a better screening process for which hotels they add to their platform. I am equally disappointed at hotels.com customer service as they took a long time to solve the issue and had me transferred from one individual to another to which I had to explain the whole story.Not to mention the customer service hanging the phone up after keeping me on hold for sometime.Overall terrible experience and will never book that hotel again and most probably won't use Hotels.com again either.

Great value for actually getting a hotel in downtown, so I liked it for that. SAN Fran gets cold quickly, so if you’re a family looking to use the pool, do so before 4pm when the pool gets shadowed dark. Room was nice and parking price was reasonable too. Breakfast needs to actually be stocked (never had what we wanted, but Belgium waffles are good).

Noisy and needs improvements.

A busy road is nearby so very noisy. Breakfast is very basic. Didn't have black tea and orange juice for 2 days out of 4 and no any action has been taken by the management. Beds are uncomfortable. Lots of homeless people in the area so they reid the trash bins and scream in the middle of the night. The good is motel is close to city centre and has a heated swimming pool. Wouldn't stay again.

Check In was easy and friendly. The hotel its self is very old and outdated. The room I had was musty smelling, wallpaper peeled, and the toilet looks like one from a truck stop. It’s kinda what you get for what you pay. Only good thing is it was right down the street from the venue I went to see
