Excellent property to stay at when in Venice. Location is perfect for visiting major tourists sites or to find the perfect hidden restaurant in the Jewish quarter. Checkin and out was seamless AC is COLD which is great in August :)

This boutique hotel really exceeded our expectations! It was way bigger than we thought, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It’s really centrally located by Rialto bridge, and you can walk to all main sights in Venice easily. Customer service was great, they even let us check in early!

The staff were incredible, they were so easy to communicate with and took time to explain how the unit worked and booked us a water taxi.
