Functional tourist apartment in busy area

The property does what it promises at a good price. It is in the heart of Madrid's tourist area which makes it noisy and a little far from better restaurants. I normally stay closer to the museums which is quieter and you have better eating choices. But if price and cleanliness are your main criteria, and you plan to spend a lot of time in the historic center, this is a good place.

Centrally located in centre of Madrid.

Very central location, walking distance to everything in the central part of Madrid. It does get a bit noisy at night. Monica at reception was excellent; extremely kind and helpful.

Great location close to Sol

It was a clean apartment in an excellent location just minutes from Plaza del Sol. The service was excellent qand the only complain would be that the TV is not visible from the bed area but this is very minor. Would stay here again as for the price the location, amenities, and cleanliness can't be beat. There is a small kitchen which we did not make use of but seems like you would be able to make small meals (sandwiches and the like) though nothing major as I believe there was no actual stove just a hot plate.

Great decision!

Staying in this place made our trip: it was in a great location, near lots of wonderful restaurants and walking-distance from everything we wanted to do in the city. It was also wonderful to have the extra room an apartment afforded--and especially to have a kitchen and fridge.

This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, the bed was soft and nice, the shower had excellent water pressure, and it was very quiet! This hotel is in the center of Madrid, very busy streets, full of people at all times but once you close the balcony doors you do not hear a beep! I fully recommended.

We got the adjoining rooms and the set up was good for a family of 4. Decent AC, which you need in Spain in summer. There is a balcony but it is tiny--only one person can be on it at a time.
