Loved staying at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and the staff super friendly. The location was excellent as it allowed us to walk to many of the city's major attractions. It's a five stars in it's own way and we loved it.

Front desk was extremely Helpful and went above and beyond expectations. She took the time to go over a map of the city detailing every attraction and events. It definitely helped us make the most of our visit. 10/10 stay.

The front desk and other staff súper nice. I can not complaint about the room. It was clean. I think it was recently renovated. However the hotel it us placed near bars and busy street Restaurants and the street is under construcción. So you find garbage everywhere drunk individuals until 7 to 8 am. Too dangereus to go out at nidnight. Good News the metro el sol was very near like a minute. So it’s not the hotel fault maybe when they finish renovating the street it could be a different story.

Very good stay

I stayed here for a weekend with a Spanish friend from another city, and we both enjoyed the hotel. Someone staying for a longer period would enjoy the utensils, nonstick pan, olive oil, and other touches that would help you set up a short term home-away-from-home. This street has a lot of nightlife nearby, and while our room overlooked the street and a busy club, the noise was barely noticeable in our rooms with their double windows and didn't interfere with our sleep. The staff were friendly and offered sightseeing recommendations for our stay. This is a great location and I would stay here again.

Superó nuestras expectativas. La suite bastante amplia y cómoda, en condiciones excelentes de mantenimiento, la cocina bien equipada con los implementos para preparar los alimentos. El personal de recepción siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y de la comodidad de mi esposa. El desayuno artesanal, estilo buffet en la cafetería, es abundante, y delicioso.

La suite tenia todo para sentirte como en casa, la cama era muy comoda y el detalle de bienvenida fue todo un gesto. La recepcionista encantadora, nos aconsejo lugares para visitar y para comer. Esta muy centrico y, a pesar de estar en una calle con mucho ambiente, el doble acrustalamiebto te aisla del ruido exterior. 100% recomendable.

Excellent! Very clean and not just modern and renovated but also beautiful art decorations, on walls in the room and hallways and elevator. Unique dresser, storage area and a safe. Includes all the amenities of an apartment, including full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, etc. Our room/studio included a Juliette balcony which you can fit two chairs or a chair and a small table where you can have a coffee and enjoy the street beneath. It’s very close to the city center and everything is walkable. So if you want to be near city center this would be very nice. Soundproof doors to the balcony and very quiet when closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us proper directions to metro stations, city center and attractions! Recommend!

El apartamento estaba muy céntrico, pero por la noche es una zona muy ruidosa y parece insegura. El ruido no llegaba al apartamento por tener doble ventana, y la recepccionista muy amable, un 10.

This hotel was way better than we expected. Rodrigo, the Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, the bed was soft and nice, the shower had excellent water pressure, and it was very quiet! This hotel is in the center of Madrid, very busy streets, full of people at all times but once you close the balcony doors you do not hear a beep! I fully recommended.

We got the adjoining rooms and the set up was good for a family of 4. Decent AC, which you need in Spain in summer. There is a balcony but it is tiny--only one person can be on it at a time.
