Highly recommended and definitely going back on my next trip to SJ. Hotel is near to the main beach town by car and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Ariel and Keila very attentive and helpful during our visit.

This Hotel was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 small children. It was perfectly located close to everything but not too close where it can be noisy. It has a beautiful view of the city of San Juan del Sur with amazing sunsets!

fast "check in" . The only hiccup was that the front gate guy didn't speak English very well. But otherwise, clean and air conditioning worked well. pool was nice, great sunset view from it

I recently stayed at this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the common areas were air-conditioned. All appliances were new and in excellent condition. The view from the room was stunning, and the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. Overall, a comfortable and luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

Had a beautiful time was a couple of things I found to be an issue communication was a major issue got charged for things that weren’t confirmed also the hot water kept on not working though out our stay as also a major issue the room wasn’t cleaned at all throughout our entire stay

The property is absolutely beautiful! The only feedback I'll give is that they need to add some umbrellas and some fans to their main pool area. The sun was burning us, and it was unfortunate that there were no umbrellas to help or even fans in the area. Also, something that we didn't know until we checked in is that you have a limit of electricity per day you can use. If you exceed that, you will be charged. Besides those two things, our stay was amazing; the staff was super friendly and flexible when checking in early and checking out late since it was a low season when we went.

We came over the weekend for 2 night stay. It was ok. There wasnt much for ammenities in the kitchen, a coffee maker without filters and didnt work right, glass on the floor on the pool deck and dirty showers with not alot for ammenities. Very basic, was expecting more. It has a fantastic view, but people live here and its not always that quiet. Probably would recommened an alternative spot next time. It was safe, but I understood the property to be a different than what we found. Having to exit through parking garages and old gates was a bit weird, but nonetheless we enjoyed San Juan

Buena comunicación, pero problemas con la limpieza La comunicación previa al check-in fue fácil y el personal fue atento. El check-in en sí fue rápido y sin problemas. También nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi, lo cual fue conveniente. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación dejó mucho que desear. Las camas estaban sucias, el papel higiénico ya había sido usado y las toallas de cuerpo tenían arena. Informé al personal sobre esto, pero no hicieron nada al respecto. Fuera de esos detalles, la estadía fue aceptable, pero definitivamente hay margen de mejora en cuanto a la limpieza y el servicio al cliente.
